Marshall Township


Marshall Township, or Marshall, encompasses over 15 square miles of mostly rolling and wooded land including much of a state-owned game land and a large parkland. It is approximately 20 miles north of the city of Pittsburgh. A large industrial park occupies the north-central area of the township. The children of Marshall Township attend North Allegheny schools.


Homes are predominantly single-family, with many newer developments of luxury homes Both household education levels and income levels are higher than in most of the surrounding townships reflecting the high number of professionals residing in this area. The commute into the city is eased by the presence of several major highways.
