As a full time, professional Realtor I find education to be of utmost importance. By investing in my real estate education it enhances my personal performance and gives me a competitive edge to best serve you. Listed below are the designations I have EARNED.
ABR- The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home buying process.
CRS- Certified Real Estate Specialist The CRS designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers.
SRS- Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential for seller advocacy. SRS designees represent a global community of REALTORS® who use their advanced training and expertise to go above and beyond their client’s expectations.
SRES- The SRES® Designation program educates REALTORS® on how to profitably and ethically serve the real estate needs of the fastest growing market in real estate, clients age 50+.
RENE- The first and only negotiation credential recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®, the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification is designed to elevate and enhance negotiating skills so that today’s real estate professionals can play the game to win.
CLHMS- Members of The Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Institute are real estate professionals who have undergone extensive luxury home sales and marketing training to enhance and fine-tune the competencies necessary to meet the needs of today’s affluent buyers and sellers. Institute Membership provides luxury professionals with access to exclusive Program Benefits and resources developed to enhance their expertise, brand themselves as the luxury real estate professional of choice and in so doing take their luxury business to the next level.
Broker- Less than 4% of Realtors have earned their Broker’s License. It is achieved after a salesperson has worked in the industry for a minimum of 3 years and has completed both educational and sales requirements.
